Lock In The Moisture

Often, no matter how much moisturiser you apply, or how much water you drink, your skin can still be dry.

Omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids are are vital to the integrity of skin cell membranes and prevent water loss. The body can't make these, so without sufficient good fats in our diet, the cell membranes break down, causing cells to dry out, flatten, and flake at the surface.

To ensure you are getting enough omega fatty acids, eat nuts, seeds and oily fish such as salmon and mackerel, and take one or two combined omega 3 and 6 capsules every day. If you're still suffering with dry skin, try tripling the dose for two weeks.
