Forget The Dukan - here's the Kandu diet!

So here's an idea; swap the Dukan diet for the Kandu diet. Heres how it goes:
I Kandu a Saturday night curry (home cooked by Chef D with only healthy ingredients ;)and I Kandu a Sunday morning croissant. The secret? Eat a small portion and work out like a maniac!
That's all there is to the Kandu diet!
